PLEASE NOTE - We only dispatch and process orders Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch at weekends or bank holidays. If you order on a weekend your order will not be processed until the next working day.
PLEASE NOTE - We do not offer same day delivery on any of our products. Next working day delivery can be specified at point of order, subject to terms and conditions below.
PLEASE NOTE - We do not offer weekend delivery. If you specify a weekend date we will aim to deliver the day before or if the order is placed after the specified cut off point it will be shipped on the next available date.
Our standard cut off point for same day despatch is 2pm.
All other orders are sent standard delivery and may take 3 -5 days to arrive (5 – 7 days on personalised items). All orders must be signed for. Cost of shipping is determined by weight.
 
Some products are sent directly from our suppliers and although we endeavour to keep stock levels up to date, there may be occasions where a product has sold out prior to placing your order. In this event Gift Bee will source the item from an alternate source, offer you a similar item or offer you the option to cancel your order for a full refund Also note that orders that are sent directly from our suppliers will arrive separately from the rest of your order.
 
If you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased for any reason then you are entitled to return the order for a refund. Please contact us first to advise of any problems.
 
Personalised items and perishables are exempt from this legislation unless there has been an error or fault on our side. Personalised items will be printed or engraved exactly as supplied. We will consider refunds if there has been an error on our part but this excludes where we have had to amend a personalisation due to not being given the correct details on the order. Please contact us for details.
 
If an individual item is faulty then please contact us to arrange an exchange.
 
If you wish to return an item, please contact for retrun details.

If you are returning an item because of an error by us or any part of the breach of Sale of Goods Act, we are more than happy to pay the postage of returning the goods. Please message us for details. In all other circumstances, you will be solely responsible for these charges and any other service charges involved in your original order (i.e gift wrapping, postage and packing).
