Should you feel that your item has been misrepresented then please return the item within 14 days and we will arrange if necessary for an independent assessment to be carried out by a qualified / experienced jewellery expert.
Any unauthorised testing will result in no refunds being made under any circumstances.
If the item has been proven to be misrepresented you will receive a full refund and your shipping costs refunded.

RING SIZES...
Are as accurate as possible using a Jewellers Ring Stick. However, please bear in mind ring thickness and different styles of head which may mean slight variance to your size.
One Size is only a fraction of a millimetre so please remember this if the ring received does not match your measurement of size required.
You can go to your local jewellers shop to have your fingers sized to aid accuracy of your size required.
