Terms of sale
 
1. All products as advertised are at all times subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of the Company.
2. To order goods through the Patronspares you must agree to our terms and conditions. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
3. Please contact us via email if you need to return items, or there is a problem with your order, we'll reply to you within 48 hours.
 
4. Patronspares gives no assurance as to the mutual compatibility of components sold on any single invoice. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for the purpose intended. Advice sought by the customer from the Company in this respect may be given but cannot be relied upon by the customer or guaranteed by the Company unless the Company has access to the working system and the ability to carry out a full inspection of any software or operating system.
5. Whilst the Company endeavors to ensure all images and specifications as advertised are correct at the time of publication they do vary. As such we can accept no responsibility for incorrect images and /or information.
6. The Company reserves the right to decline service to any company or consumer.
7. Carriage fees are not included in any published prices. Prices are updated periodically and are subject to change without notice. Carriage charges apply to Great Britain mainland only. Extra charges will be levied to residents of Northern Ireland, The Republic of Ireland, the Shetland Isles, The Isle of Man and all other offshore regions of the UK not mentioned herein.
8. The Company accepts the responsibility if goods are incorrectly dispatched (i.e. goods not matching the specification displayed on the accompanying invoice) if notified to, and agreed by, the Company within 7 working days of receipt. The Company agrees to pay the return postage and dispatch charges of the correct goods. The Company does not accept any consequential loss to the customer during this period and offers no compensation for such.
9. The company will endeavor to deliver the goods within a reasonable period of time from receipt of the order and payment. This is normally within 3-5 working days but in certain circumstances where an order is placed for a product that may be out of stock it may take up to thirty days before delivery can be completed.

We bought 3 new switches after arguing seller made a special listing for us gave us good price and sent us used item after 7 days we paid seller gave us Royal Mail wrong tracking number then delivery was received via DHL, worst company to deal with, I would never buy from them.

Item was not used but New item but it was unboxed as these are Discontinued item but Buyer asked us to refund the item and we refunded initially we book the order with Royal Mail but when we were delivering we change to expedite and secure DHL as it is a premium Shipping Method then any others one but seems Buyer. we have refunded him 100% with no Objection even .
