Cancellations: Due to the way we process orders, we may not be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you request a cancellation and your order has already been processed, our standard returns policy will still apply and you can return the product(s) to us for a full refund.
 
Payment timescales:
We do not have a fixed time period for payments, however the sooner Stephensons Online Ltd receive payment, the sooner Stephensons Online Ltd will dispatch your item. Stephensons Online Ltd will send you an email after you have purchased and a reminder a couple of days later. If you have not paid within 7 days Stephensons Online Ltd would ask you to drop a courtesy email to let them know when you will be paying. If Stephensons Online Ltd have not heard from you within 7 days they will recover there fees from Ebay and close any open cases for none payment.

Parcels will be sent via Yodel standard 48 post.

Outside the UK: We do not ship outside of the UK.
 
Returns
