1. Please check your delivery address prior to ordering. We can only send items to the provided address on the eBay order details page.
 
2. Please check you are purchasing the correct part. Please feel free to ask us any questions regarding the item and fitment and we will do our best to help you.
 
3. For any purchase you make from us, we may send you a message asking for confirmation of your vehicle model to ensure the purchased item fits your vehicle model. We may also ask for confirmation of the item you have purchased. If we do not hear back from you, we may assume you would like to cancel the order. We may then cancel the order for you under the grounds buyer asked to cancel and if this is the case, then we will issue you with a full refund.
 
4. For all GSP (Global Shipping Programme) sales, we will send you a message to ask for vehicle confirmation and/or confirmation of the item you have purchased. If we do not hear back from you, we may assume you would like to cancel the order. We may then cancel the order for you under the grounds buyer asked to cancel and if this is the case, then we will issue you with a full refund.
 
5. In the very rare circumstances we may make a mistake in the fitment description, we will accept the return but we cannot be held responsible for any issues relating to this.
 
6. We do not bear any responsibility for installation nor are we liable for any damages caused by our products.
 
7. You have the option to return an item within 60 days of delivery provided the item is in original condition with original packaging.
 
8. If you purchase multiple items from us and want to return them, you must open a return request for each item and return each item back separately. This may mean you need to source your own packaging as we may send items out as a bundle in a single package. Any returns where multiple items have been put into a single package will NOT be accepted.
 
9. If any returned item is used or has missing parts or shows any signs of installation, or is missing original packaging or has plastic shrink wrapping removed, partial refunds may be issued as per the eBay Partial refund guidelines . To ensure you receive a full refund, the item must be in original condition with original packaging.
 
10. Please note there will be a delivery surcharge for Ireland and the Channel Islands. This surcharge is non-refundable. Please feel to contact us prior to purchase to discuss the additional costs.
 
11. We are a VAT registered company and all prices include VAT.
 
12. Our items do not come with any documents or paperwork, such as ABE or TUV certificates.
