    Returns are only accepted if the item has arrived damaged or if we have made a mistake with the item. The item must also be returned within 5 working days of dispatch. Since cake toppers are made to order, standard returns are not accepted as the items cannot be reused.

    It is your responsibility to ensure that all personalisation details provided are correct. We will not be responsible for spelling mistakes or errors made by the buyer.

    By ordering from us and making payment for this item, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions stated here.
     
    Delivery:
     
    Ebay dates are "Estimated" not guaranteed.
    Default postage is 2nd Class, delivery is 3 to 5 working days from dispatch, not what Ebay estimates.
    We are not responsible for you choosing the slower postage, faster postage is available on checkout.
    1st Class postage is 1 to 3 working days not 1 to 2 which Ebay states.
    You agree you are ordering in plenty of time for when the item is required. We are not responsible for you purchasing last minute and then the item not arriving on time for when you require, the only exception is when it's been past 5 working days.
    Negative feedback will not be left regarding items arriving up to 5 working days. As stated Ebay dates are estimated and we are not in control of the mail once it's been dispatched.
    All items are posted with Royal Mail QR codes that they track internally and scan before posting. In the event you claim it hasn't arrived and it's been over 5 working days, we will pass your contact information over to Royal Mail for the claim. If it is found you have received the item and are making a false claim, Royal Mail will then take over and deal with the false claim with yourselves, and we will have no involvement.
    Any issues, you contact us before leaving negative feedback. We will do our best to help you out.
