Terms and Conditions
 
1. When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to
buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we
have received your order.
 
Once we have checked the price and availability of the
goods, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept
your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
We will not take payment from you until we have accepted
your order.
 
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or
that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of
this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of
your order, and there will be no contract between us.
 
 
 
2. If the goods are not available, we may supply you with
substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the
substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them
to us.
 
 
 
3. To place an order you must first register, providing us
with your contact details, which are then held in a secure
database are NOT sold/passed onto other organisation
beit commercial or non-commercial.
 
Once all details have been provided then you can purchase
items by browsing our store and adding items to your
basket. Once you are satisified with the goods in your
basket you may continue to the checkout and pay using
our on line secure checkout.
 
If after you have submitted your order you realise
you want to cancel/change your order then please
e-mail enquiries@pcglobaldirect.co.uk stating your
order number and name and the changes you wish
to make to your transaction(s). Once the changes
have been accepted by PC Global Direct then
you will be e-mailed back confirming your
cancellation/changes.
 
 
 
4. Delivery charges are calculated depending on the
weight of your goods. Prior to purchase you can view
the total delivery charges for the good(s) you are
proposing to purchase by selecting a delivery method
in your basket.
 
 
 
5. You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working
days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail
us at enquiries@pcglobaldirect.co.uk
 
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation.
However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the
service we offer to customers in the future.
 
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your
own expense. You must ensure that the goods are
packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will
charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take
reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us,
and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge
you for the reduction in value.
 
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights
— for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
 
 
 
6. Damaged Goods
we are not responsible for damage which occurs when the goods
have been handed to the postal or courier service. However, should
you be unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods, let us know
immediately. Please retain all relevant documentation so that we can
make an insurance claim against the carrier's insurers. If the parcel
you receive is damaged, please note the fact on the delivery note,
even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are
unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier,
make sure that you sign for it as "Damaged package; goods not yet
inspected" to warn the carrier that a claim may follow.
 
 
 
7. Faulty goods
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We
will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
