Big Living wants you to be as happy as possible with you shopping experience. As a result, we have a customer friendly returns policy. Any damage or faults you may find must be reported to the Big Living team within 48 hours. If you find that you no longer want or need a particular product, we have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you find that your products are damaged or faulty upon delivery, we will arrange to replace them. If the products are unwanted or unsuitable, they must be returned at the customer’s expense.
Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the condition all products are returned to us. That is, unused, labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging. A full refund may not be given if the item is not able to be resold as new. The customer may be held liable for the return of the item or items.
 
Subject to all goods being returned to Big Living in the condition they were dispatched, a refund will be issued, or an exchange of goods can be orchestrated.
