Contract & Goods
 
We make every effort to ensure all items are accurately described and available for dispatch within the stated time frame. Should an error occur or an item be unavailable we will contact you as soon as possible via email with the option of either reconfirming your order with the correct details or cancelling your order. Should you wish to cancel a full refund of any amount paid will be issued.
 
In the event that, after you click to buy, we discover an error with the advertised prices or availability, we reserve the right not to supply the goods ordered and to offer a refund or alternative goods.
 
In the event that some, but not all, of the goods ordered are mis-priced or unavailable we will contact you with the option of either cancelling the entire order, cancelling part of the order or substituting the unavailable goods for alternatives.
 
Some goods are sent direct from the manufacturer or distributor to your address. Where goods are found to be unavailable we will refund the full amount paid in relation to these goods and notify you via email.

Remorse returns: Please be aware you can only return un-opened items that we can re-sell. There will be a 20-30% admin charge for returning any goods that have been opened depending on their state when they arrive back in stock. Please use original wrapping if possible to return the item and make sure it is securely packaged.
