Buying
All of our items are new, unused and as pictured. Our listings include the relevant size chart and other attributes if applicable. Please read the item description and size chart carefully before buying the item. You may read our Size Help page for guidance or contact us in case of doubt.
 
Payment
We accept Paypal and bank transfer. All payments are 100% safe. We have bank accounts in the UK and Spain. International transfers and payments in a different currency than British Pounds or Euros may incur a fee from your bank and you are responsible for all bank fees.
 
Shipping
In order to offer the best cost to our valued customers, we stock our products in four warehouses around the world. Orders might be divided into different packages due to a difference in processing time and different warehouse location. At the moment, we have warehouses in the UK, Spain and China. The location of each item is shown in the listing. You may purchase multiple items at once regardless of the location of each item. We will combine shipping when possible. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and up-to-date as we are not able to change a shipping address for an order that has already been shipped.
 
Delivery time
We ship every item with tracking number. Delivery from Spain and the UK takes 1-2 weeks depending on the destination country. Delivery from China takes 3 to 8 weeks depending on the destination country. The estimated delivery time for your location can be calculated in the ebay listing itself by selecting your country. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. We can not guarantee that your parcel will arrive by a specific date unless we ship it by courier. Contact us if you need the item urgently.
 
Cancelling an order
We can only cancel an order if the parcel has not been picked up by the shipping agency. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
 
Import customs
International customers are responsible for ensuring that any products bought can be lawfully imported to your country. We can not be held responsible for any action taken by your country customs, including but not limited to: opening, inspecting or delaying the package. Although we will ship any products to the address you provide, any duties that may apply are your responsibility. We recommend you to contact your local customs office for further information. If you get charged an additional fee, the customs in your country will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if for whatever reason the parcel is seized by customs officials in your country, or if the order is returned to us because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is received and processed by our warehouse. You may be responsible for the return shipping charges, in accordance with your local regulations.
 
Problems with an order
At One World Shop, ethics and customer satisfaction are our top priority. We expect our customers to contact us before opening a case on eBay so we can rectify the problem. Report any problem to us through the eBay messaging system within 48 hours of receipt. Attach clear photographic evidence if you receive the wrong item or the item is damaged. We will always offer you the best solution to the satisfaction of both parties. If you leave negative feedback before an attempt to resolve the problem, we reserve the right to accept the negative feedback as a resolution for the matter and a dispute will no longer be accepted.
 
Liability
The terms and conditions of business are not intended to affect your statutory rights or to limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence. If there is a problem, you may receive a refund or replacement under the terms of our guarantee. Our liability to you will always be limited to a full refund of the goods purchased. We will not compensate for delivery delays or failures unless you have requested an express delivery option. In these circumstances, our liability to you will be limited to a refund of the delivery charges you have paid. Our liability to you specifically excludes compensation for indirect or consequential loss or damage however it arises, and except as described above, it will always be limited to a refund of your payment.
 
Unforeseen Circumstances
If performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reason of acts of God, war and other hostilities, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts or restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within our reasonable control, we will do our best to maintain our deliveries. However, we shall have no liability to you for any failure which is due to such unforeseen circumstances or any other situation outside our control.
 
Age Restrictions
Age restrictions apply to the supply of some goods. By ordering these goods you confirm that you are over 18 and that the person receiving the delivery is also over 18.
 
Returns and Exchanges
If you change your mind, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt in the original condition and unused. The goods becomes your property as soon as they are dispatched to you. You are responsible for the care of the goods whilst in your possession and returning them in good condition in the original packaging including all documents and manuals. We will reimburse you in full for the goods if they are returned as new. If the goods are found to be used, misused or damaged on return, we reserve the right to issue you partial refund for it. All returns and exchanges must be approved by us. We will provide you the return shipping address of our nearest warehouse. Send the item to us with a note with your ebay username, item number and new size/colour/model in case you want to exchange it. You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Please consider sending it with tracking number as we do not guarantee that we will receive your parcel. If the order value is more than 50 Euros, you must send it back with tracking number. Once we have received your parcel, we will cancel the order and process the refund through the eBay system or send you the new item if you requested an exchange.
