All goods are UK Sourced and supplied and sold on the basis of what is listed about the product.
We only trade 100% correct items and should you have any issue with the product(s) supplied please do not leave negative feedback, but please give us the opportunity to rectify the item in question and ensure a resolution is found this process normally take around 24/48 hours.
Our opening times are Monday-Friday 9:30am - 4:30pm.
Please do note that should you purchase a product before 9:30am you Should (courier permitted) receive the item on a next day basis. If you shouod purchase after 10:00am again the item should be with you 48hours later.

We cannot also be held responsible for any Courier issues, once the items have left us the next step being the delivery is out of our hands, we will work with you and the couriers should their me any issues swiftly and ensure a positive outcome.
