  Great communication. Seller asked serval questions to confirm the parts were a match. Motor had damage occur during the packing process prior to shipping. Seller communicated this quickly and clearly as well as sent photos. They offered several solutions and one we mutually agreed upon. Motor was shipped quickly and packaged well. Would not hesitate do business with them again in the future.

  EXTREMELY patient and helpful. Quickly answered every message and question. Went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase, such as sending additional photos and offering to send even more, if needed. It was wrapped and crated very well. Buying such expensive parts online and sight unseen is stressful, but the seller did their best to make it as easy as possible.

  I purchased a tailgate for my 2022 Pilot from this seller. The communication was excellent. After I placed the order, they called me to confirm that the part would fit my model year. The order arrived in just 4 days, but unfortunately, the delivery company had broken the rear windshield. I immediately contacted the seller, and they quickly resolved the issue. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received.

  Great negotiation! But make sure if you are buying a taillight, that you read the whole add including the fine details to see that you're only buying 1/2 of the taillight. Make sure you know you're getting inner or outer before you get a surprise when delivered. The description does state it, but not as clearly as it should be like in the main title. Packaging was adequate, but shipping was slow (no fault of seller). Overall good but slow transaction. Inner taillights are missing the trim pieces

  The feedback I am leaving on the seller, is specially for the experience with the seller. (Unfortunately, I had not used eBay in years and my old address was still on my account. So yes lol was delivered to wrong place. But able to secure the item). The customer service was outstanding. Any questions I had were answered with an hour. Very respectful and professional .
