Initial impression of overall quality is at least as good as a Starrett.
Graduations are clear to read and well etched/inked. Expect it to stay so after many years of use. Bought as a “Blem” unit but do not see any defect.

A good value at $ 26.55 delivered.
Many similar devices do not have the lower 200pF range which is why I chose this one. Understandably the accuracy suffers on this lower range even with the “Zero out” control.
Build quality is good enough as is the main selector switch indent feel.
Power switch is a momentary push button on the face of the unit. It is easily selected during normal handling especially if residing in the included zipper pouch. I may glue some sort of shroud around the switch to prevent an unintended power on but most likely live with it in that the unit has an auto power off function. I’ll see how long a battery lasts with normal use and transport in a tool box.
Keeping in mind its limitations it will be a useful LCR meter for general purpose use.
