  Excellent service from Steve and JemTec. My message to him before the purchase, with a small query, was answered promptly and helpfully. I placed the order expecting delivery as noted within the week - and it arrived less than 24 hours later with plenty of updates from the shipper. The item was well packaged with new power and HDMI leads ( a long one too!). Although the item is slightly marked, it works well and the hours use was in line with that advertised.

  The item was exactly as described. It arrived a week later than stated in Ebay, however I was well aware this would be the case, This was due to the pandemic and not the seller, as the postmark shows it was mailed the same day as purchase. I give this seller top marks for the excellent communication and transaction. I would definitely do business with this seller again.

  Steve at jemtec extremely helpful - answered query I had pre-sale (not everbody does!). Goods arrived early, clean, well packaged, excellent condition; minor confusion with picking meant a component was missing; no drama, he responded straight away & I have no doubt will be sorted without any fuss.
