    In exactly the condition the seller presented online. The seller was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful! I needed to swap out the unit for one with a drug library and he took care of it immediately. He called to help with a setup issue within 5 minutes of my leaving a message on the eBay app. I'll definitely use this seller again!

Remote control doesn’t work well on these.
I purchased three of these units and all three have a problem working with the remote. It seems as though there is extremely poor signal between the remote and receiver. The electrician who installed these for us told us if you’re going to use these, it’s better to just leave out the remote option as it was way too unreliable. All in all, there’s a reason that these are discontinued and I think I found the reason why. Don’t waste your money with this model.

AWESOME PRODUCT! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! LOVE IT!
You seriously can't get any better than this. I have one of these personally for my office and it is fantastic. I print right off my phone using the Bluetooth capabilities. This is really what a bang for your buck looks like!
