  Thank you for all the protective wrapping , I appreciated it due to the mail carrier jus tossing my packages down . I received my item on time and exactly as described. I was surprised how much bigger the train engine was but absolutely love it , super cute and makes a great addition to my collection. Thank you 😊

  It arrived whole and safe. The box was a reused container that was literally torn up and taped together. It was stuffed with ripped up cardboard.

The cardboard cutouts included are designed to effectively prevent movement within the package, and this approach has consistently yielded successful outcomes in all cases.
