  Spot on and when a replacement part (Broken Glass) was needed they resonded within two hours letting me know it was ordered from manufacturer. They contacted me about the order/shipping detail and it was there a week later! 5 star service! Product was shipped in original box and done well and prompt! Things don't always go perfect but the took care of this customer and made it great!

  I am revising my feedback on this purchase after dealing with the seller to resolve the issues. The customer service was responsive to my initial request for help. They tried to resolve the problem by offering to have me shipped back the lamps for a full refund. I ended up Declining that offer because I do like the lamps just not the color. I decided to spray paint the lamps, dark bronze. The seller offered me a courtesy partial refund, and dealt with the issue in a timely and fair manner.

  The Mitzi light is made of quality metal material, looks modern, and looks great in the bathroom. The ebayer packed the product very well, and it shipped and arrived quickly. The product looked exactly as it was described. This was good value for the quality of design and materials. The condition, as described, was like new. Thank you!
