When the box came, at first it looked like like the photos. When I opened the box I saw some stains and mold on one side of the box and smelled something weird, like in wet bassement. Manual is rusty on the papper clips. So the box has been probably damaged by water. But seller didn't mention it in description. I will try to clean it and get rid of the mold, but I think it's impossible. Maybe I will throw the box out. So money well spent...

Hello,You purchased a 20 year old box where the photos clearly showed the condition. It is no surprise there is going to be issues with a 20 year old cardboard box. And this was going to be clear to anyone aside from yourself it would seem…The box did not smell before transit and had no water damage before transit. So this is either lying or self damaged in this way. Description clearly stated to check the photos. So it appears you are at fault for not reading description or checking photo

Weak product
Quite simply just doesn’t last. I have 11 patches and 2 have used this. And out of that 11 patches 2 are now falling off... bet you can guess what 2! Had to purchased a better quality of the same product to keep these patches on Only took 2-3 days before the patches were coming off. And that was simply put on a bag. Can’t imagine them being on anything that gets put through a washing machine or being on a jacket that’s constantly being taken on and off

Not just uncomfortable but unbearable!
This item was purchased as it was described as though it would help cool my back when in my car. As it sits completely flush to the seat it provides no cooling benefit at all. Worse than this it reduces the support you get when using it. The item is not only uncomfortable it is straight up unbearable! The amount of discomfort my lower back was in was shocking. I had to pull over and remove this from my seat within minutes of driving.
