  Exceptional post-sales support from DR Bikes. I had a problem where Arrow sent the wrong can for my 2015 Super Duke. DR Bikes got onto the issue immediately I raised it with them and organised a replacement with Arrow, which has just arrived and is now correct for the bike. DR Bikes kept me informed of progress as they made it as well. I can't ask for better support and will not hesitate to buy from DR Bikes again.

  Initially sent the wrong ones. Contacted DrBikes who didn’t quibble and sent me the returns label and then posted the correct ones. Yes the delay was annoying but a simple mistake that was quickly rectified.
