    Do not buy. The printers they sell refurbished do not have all functions operable. Specifically Z axis can not be adjusted due to a known programming issue. See photo. You can’t get past this screen. CS tells me to download Anycubic slicer. No thanks. Returns are a delayed nightmare. They ignore you. It’s been 3 days now waiting on a return label. Expecting to have to do a credit card charge back.

    Machine arrived with inoperable print head. Company sent free printhead with the purchase and that solved the issue. Overall acceptable appearance save for a large scratch in the ACE Pro lid due to how it was packaged. Decent quality printer. Company is sending some filament to make up for the busted print head.
