  Quality is good. Exactly as shown on line. However there was no screws deliver together with the lock to fix it. Good that I did not through the old ones. Suggestion: would be a complete service to have the 2 screws with the lock.

  This just arrived today and I haven't had a chance to put it in yet. I'm so happy there was an alternative available. I ordered a lot from somebody else as well. Rimowa is expensive, and to have to send your luggage back to the manufacturer in a different country almost makes it prohibitive. Thank you so much.
