  Item lost in delivery, however it finally showed up much to my delight. All contact with the Seller was friendly and positive, and issues with pliers was resolved quickly. Am very happy with pliers and swift resolution etc. Late delivery due to current parcel / transport dispute in Australia and nothing to do with the Seller. Seller is AAAAA.

  I think the description could be more accurate, but that aside, the seller has been most co-operative in responding concerning one item not arriving in these difficult times due to Covid. Thank you for giving the refund so quickly.

  I am guessing the seller could not fill my order after paying for the item. Waste of my time purchasing from this seller. This seller did refund the amount I paid but 5 days after I paid for the item without communication to why I was getting refunded.
