  The item finally arrived. When I installed it, my hood would not close. The cylinder closed, but they will not pivot so my hood closes. I have a 2011 Nissan Frontier SV. The vehicle checker said that these will fit my truck. Please help.

  This was the worst online purchase I’ve ever made. The seller ignored my messages, I had to drive to FedEx and wait almost an hour just to pick up the package, and when I finally received it, the box was destroyed and the product was used and broken. To make things worse, I later found the same item cheaper elsewhere. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
