  Professional service from the Yorozu_Japan team, communication was always offered and detailed tracking was provided immediately. The product I ordered (Lamdash Pro 5) was exactly as described, brand new and expertly packaged for international shipping. Of course the price was also very competitive also, compared to local offerings. Although, something that I seemed to miss was the FedEx customs charge, I don't think it's Yorozu_Japan's fault as it is more of an eBay issue if anything.

  I ordered the new DJI Mini 5 Pro on 9/25/25 and received on 10/3/25! Seller communicated through the whole process. Drone was packaged in factory wrapped plastic box inside a cardboard box with bubble wrap with no damage. My only grip was that the Import dutties and taxes were $226.41! Ouch, but drone is pretty sweet though! Great Seller!

  Item arrived very quickly and in good working condition. The item was well-protected in bubble wrap and packing tape. Photos in the description were accurate. Import tax from Japan to US was higher than expected, $28, but not the seller's fault. I highly recommend the seller!

  The package arrived promptly within 2 weeks, it is in excellent condition and was packaged well so that the appearence of the item was undamaged. Excellent value for cross-seas import, can highly recommend this seller! On a side note the description could have had more details, but the seller does respond very quickly to any questions i had and kept me up to date with the shipping process.

  It stressed me out a bit when they were not communicating with me right away ..I did get upset ...but they did communicate punctual after I expressed i was stressed . The item arrived way before estimated time frame 😍 super excited I decided to relax & just be patient. Prices are amazing & they can be trusted . I am a real person in Indiana USA & am so happy I chilled out & calmed down ..sometimes it can be easy to be demanding & impatient..after all ..its being sent from a long way away !
