The listing specified the figure as brand new with a precaution notice of potential damage to the product in all fairness. The figure was Frankesteined to match the figure I chose. The head from the Black hair model was used, with the hair swapped on from the blonde model. The leggings were painted blue by someone and the seller did not want to accept a return. They waited out the allotted days Ebay gives seller's to respond and only offered to give me back shipping fees ($10).
