  Palmrest arrived double-wrapped, very surprised at how much care went into packaging this part. Keyboard working perfectly in another T470s laptop, so part is as described. Shipped priority mail so it arrived quickly. Recommend this seller.

  Received the notebook. great packaging by the seller. very nice communication by the seller and offered to help with more ram for the notebook if needed. i was looking at 5 similiar listings for this particular notebook and settled on the one brought value wise. checked out details outside and inside of the notebook. only thing i'll need to defintely invest in is a new battery for work. defintely as described and excellent shipping. thank you very much.
