Postage cost was very good, posted quickly via Evri. All very smooth. Packaging was good and all arrived safely. The drawing head was exactly as described. Also contained was a vertical rotring ruler, but different from the example on the box. This was very welcome addition. Value was very good. Rotring has been expensive in the past but seems far more affordable. From my experience I highly recommend this seller.

Unfortunately I ordered this item from the seller to be told days later that I was being refunded and the item was no longer being sent. I contacted the seller via a message to find out exactly why but received no response. Personally I won’t purchase anything from this seller again as I feel customer service was a complete let down and it would have just been courteous to reply to me.

Hi Apologies for this experience. As stated with the original cancellation info the order was cancelled as the delivery address wasn't recognised . I use a third party delivery service. The address wasn't recognised by this website so I was unable to complete the sale.
