  The product I ordered arrived late, after multiple delays. When contacted, the seller responded promptly and respectfully, understanding of my frustrations. When I received the product, it was packaged in its original box, exactly as stated in the product description. The delays caused could've been avoided by a more expensive shipping method, so if you're hoping for quick shipping, do *not* use FedEx Smartpost/Ground. Thank you to the seller, you've helped support a chemistry nerd!

  Great service the PC was as described and was shipped quickly and with tracking. They has great packing as at first I thought they shipped me the wrong item as the carton showed a desktop case. What had happened was they packed the PC that was in its own sealed carton, was then put in another box to protect it further.

  Excellent seller. Very responsive! Shipped quickly, within hours of order. Packaging was great and item new in a sealed original packaging as described! I had no problem registering the product with Lenovo to receive full one year warranty on the product. Price was great and better than I could find anywhere else. Following this seller for my future needs.

  The PC packaging was a little bit of a mess but overall it was safe, efficient, and easy! But the Pc itself runs like a dream! She is packaged and built just as described in the sellers description! I think it was a deal because the seller sold it to me for only $379.99 (outstanding for such build!) shipping on the other hand was quite slow… It took the full 7 days to arrive but, I will give it to fedex because it was 4th of July!

  The pc was well packaged, shipping was fast and arrived a day early, which was a pleasent surprise. The description mathed up with the item well and the price of the pc made it a great value. Although i had one ick, that being the gpu, I've sold computers (custom built and refurbished) on facebook or jawa, and when i ship it i usually put the gpu in a antistatic bag and in a separate box. Reason being to prevent pcie damage. Luckily it wasn't. But overall a great experience.

  03/03/2025 Seller was very accommodating to my requests for product changes and his replies were very quick. His price was reasonable. So far, I've been satisfied. I'll know more when I receive the package. FedEx, however, has been very disappointing. Delivery was to be on Friday 2/28. As of today, package has been stuck in Concord NC for days. All attempts to speak to, or chat with FedEx, have been less than useless. I don't plan on buying from vendors using FedEx again.
