Sadly, I don’t feel like the hardware was thoroughly tested. I had to use a different companion speaker and though it “works” the volume control has a loose connection. I requested a discount resident a return since a return is labor intensive for me and not worth my time. We went back-and-forth over and over and he doesn’t seem to want to oblige or accept any fault. Bummer.

Thank you for your feedback. The item was tested prior to shipping, though we understand issues can sometimes occur during transit or setup. We offered a partial refund as a resolution, but the requested amount exceeded what is typically reasonable for the issue described.
It was also stated that negative feedback would be left if the refund was not granted.
