  New batteries placed in remote control and it did not work from day one. Everything was supposed to be tested and working when I received it. This was obviously not done. No apology offered from Dealer. Dealer simply stated, that he “offered a 30 day full refund”. Just one more disappointing transaction and letdown for me.

  Bought the stereo the description said that it was tested and working. I received stereo plugged it in hook hooked speakers up, tried using the tuner to find radio station tuner does not work will not adjust channels when asked about returning it. It is $30 to return it. I only paid 50 for the unit very unhappy seller unwilling to make it right

  We’re truly sorry to hear you experienced an issue with the tuner. The unit was tested prior to shipping and was found to be functional, but we understand that sometimes items can behave differently in a new setup. While we do accept returns, shipping costs Was there an explanation on why we knew that this was tested because it cost ed $30 to ship to you and we made sure that it was tested no one was charging you as our policy states that we cover the return this is a misunderstanding

  The unit took a little time to get here, but it was coming across the country. Arrived really well protected in the packaging and works great. No complaints here at all. It was even in really good condition with very little scratching and no dents. Very happy with this seller and item.

  Good Value,! YES. The packaging was simply Horrible. Old Old rug padding.. I was afaid to lift the receiver out of the box. The out side appearance of this receiver is way worst than shown in description The right side of this item looks awful. I'm not even going to waist my time trying to find new packaging and lifting this heavy receiver.. Disregard Garbage. Not for me. Thanks anyway!
