  The seller had good communication. The parts sent were incorrect and the seller acknowledged that their supplier had mistakenly sent the wrong parts. The seller then made me pay a lot more money to send the correct parts that I ordered. Eventually the correct parts have arrived. I am very disappointed that I had to pay a lot more money to fix the problem that was not my fault. I obviously needed the correct parts so there was no option to not pay.

  Package arrived on time in fair condition. Contents where oily but appeared to be as described. Once installed the main shaft seal immediately discharged fuel into the crankcase rendering the machine inoperable. Contacted the seller to address the issue and was sent on a ridiculous "prove it mission" where I had to remove the pump and take pictures of the pump. Once done they wanted proof of the issue, I.E. video of the issue, which is impossible without having a miracle camera.
