  The item was paid for , and the shipper sent me a tracking number which says the item will be delivered on the 25th of April. up till now I haven't received my item. I sent several messages to the seller he said he contacted the courier company and they said my address was incomplete which was a lie because if you see my purchase history on eBay , I have always use same address for my delivery.
