    The seller misrepresented the product they were selling bait and switch .. then when requesting a refund, they refused to send me a return shipping label claiming they were in China and were unable to do so … not sure why eBay continues to deal with these people I sure will never deal with them again

    It is clearly stated in our description: "Package Includes: 1 x Replacement Fan Blade Only (Including screwdriver + fixing screws)". When you wish to return the product, I am also actively helping you solve the problem. Since we are from China, we cannot purchase the return label in your country. However, I immediately informed you to inquire about the shipping cost at the post office. We are willing to pay the shipping cost for you first.
