  Neutral for two reasons- 1. because it took forever to ship to me, a problem with USPS yes...but the packaging was not proper...it was shipped in a home made super small box that the label barely fit on, and that is most likely the reason the item got lost and ended up being shipped to 15 cities before it finally made it to me. 2. I asked for a refund, and got no contact back. So it was late, and no contact after I requested a refund...it did come eventually, but after I had bought another .
