  The phone that I purchased from this store Front does not work in the United States. I'm very frustrated with the telephone. The ad on eBay said it was unlocked at the United States. It does not work on the T-Mobile network in the US. There is nothing T-Mobile can do to help me. Now I am out $300 because I purchased not a case for this telephone. I am hoping the merchant can do something about this. But I will leave a negative review until she remedies it. Do not buy from this vendor

  Hello, Since you purchased the incorrect model, different models are compatible with different carriers. Furthermore, unlocking a phone does not guarantee compatibility with all carriers. We have never promised to include a phone case as a gift.
