  Firstly, the seller was an absolute delight to deal with!!! 10 stars for tgat akready. The item itself is excellent quality! Looks amazing and it's sturdy. It arrived in excellent condition. It should last well. Great value! I however wish the case also offers protection for the hinge and top half of the foldable phone (actually, all cases of this type have that gap)

  Hello, I ordered a case for the Vivo X200 Pro, but unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the product. The case looks and feels very cheap and weak. It doesn’t provide any real protection — I could probably break it with one hand. The listing said it’s a “military-grade” and even “bulletproof” case, but in reality, it can barely protect against regular drops. It’s extremely thin and flimsy, not what I expected at all. Please let me know how we can resolve this. I would appreciate your help.
