  I've been waiting for the product for more than a month and a half and it never arrived according to the delivery date they put an excuse of the tariffs but I don't think that a lot of lies I better ask for my refund they deceive the customer

  Este producto lo compré y no lo pude usar porque no trabajo, le puse la batería correcta y no sirvió. Es una pena porque tengo un problem de alergia y sinositis y tenía mucha esperanza de que esto pudiera ayudarme pero no sirvió. Perdí mi dinero porque no hay devolución

  Estimado cliente gusto saludarle; espero este bien; primero que todo su compra siempre esta garantizada; para esto nos debe informar si tiene algún problema con el producto para poder ayudarle; como no lo hizo antes no teníamos como saberlo; motivo por el cual le invito a que nos envié la evidencia de la falla del producto y si se comprueba tiene la opción de que devolvamos el dinero o enviemos un producto nuevo. E n muchos casos es error de usuario; quedamos atentos para ayudarle de inmediato.
