  Seller must have had some snafu/confusion at their end in listing this lens as "New". Without going into details. lets say that it was *not* new. I sent an email informing the seller and got no response. Then sent a message that I would start the return process. Once again, no response. Refund was on time. Just the disappointment and aggravation of dealing with an item that did not match description. Gave Neutral rating because refund was prompt.
