There were scuffs on the outside (not really important), but also scuffs on the eyepiece lens. It was sent without a battery and remote, which Witney’s, to their credit, took care of quickly. I would not have purchased this without knowing that Burris takes care of their scopes for life. Everything will be fixed and returned. I just think “new other” wasn’t accurate for what I received.
