  When my item arrived, which was listed as new with tags, the item had small and irregular like moth holes in it upon opening the package. This was not immediate grounds for contact, just frustrating, and I chose to wear the item anyways. Within 3 hours it completely ripped unprompted. I reached out to the seller kindly explaining the situation and they instead continued to fight me on how it couldn't be moths, completely disregarding that the item arrived damaged and did not last a single wear.

  Any item that is received not as described should have been reported at that time, not ten days later. The item did not have moth holes in it as we have discussed this. You told me you owned this item and it was not of good quality before so I am not sure why you would have purchased this again now from me. I have encouraged you to call Ebay. I have sent you a return shipping label. I have tried to make you happy within Ebay's policies.
