  I knew the castle I bought was used however the item was received filthy. Paper towel literarily turned brown when I started cleaning it. It was pretty gross and should not have been shipped that way. Also, i know it was as is and with the parts it had BUT the drawbridge door came broken and this was not mentioned. It kind of ruined the toy for my son.

  Customer does not contact me about issues. Simply leaves negative feedback. A toy from 1981 is not pristine, I apologize for that, I did clean it and took many pictures. Buying your son a collectible toy from 1981, I'm not sure what you expected. Maybe buy your son a toy that is more contemporary instead of a vintage toy.
