But NOT in this case! The seller went to great lengths to find a suitable replacement with hopes of leaving me as a satisfied customer. His search was in vain but his genuine effort certainly was not. He couldn t be blamed for the culture of horrible USPS service. I received a full refund and an apology from an honest seller! I responded to your message within an hour of seeing that there was a problem. I was surprised that the item didn't arrive on time but, as you stated in your message, deliveries can get backlogged during the holidays. I will do everything I can to track it down for you and provide a full refund if it is simply lost. To claim that I am a "ripoff" based on a shipping issue is ridiculous. I apologize on behalf of USPS. You will be made whole.
