  Took forever to update order, claimed they shipped it with no tracking number and then they claimed it was damaged in transit and returned to sender.. Now conveniently for them, they are out of stock. If it was damaged in transit then that shows they pack items poorly but I'm sure they had ran out of stock before they took my money. At least i got my money back.

  This has been the absolute worst experience. Item purchased was not received. Seller could not provide tracking information despite claiming they could see the delivery date. Seller claims to be in US. This is a lie and seller is a scam. Definitely being shipped from China or elsewhere oversees. Buyer beware!!

  4 stars for condition because it appears new, as expected, 1 star for shipping was very slow, track was non existing, was well over a week before shipping even started and posted tracking only caught up the day before delivery over 2 weeks after purchase. communication was minimal and non informative. I wont do business with them again
