  Buyer said it was too long and wanted to either return it or keep it and try to modify it if we offered a 30% refund. Belt was brand new, and OEM so if they had the correct opener, it would have fit correctly. We asked that they just return it because if they modified it and it didn't work, they would not be able to return it. They did not respond and then left negative feedback. We are suspicious they had already modified it and could not return it.
