  I had 100% positive feed back prior to this. I did my best to work with you. I offered a free return less your original shipping no questions asked. I know this bag to be authentic and leather, but I told you I was willing to reimburse your original shipping costs if upon my inspection of your return, I had made a mistake. Again, you kept the bag and left the negative feedback. I do not set the shipping rates and pass all discounts on to my buyers.
