    Through no fault of the seller i had to chase EVRI due to the delay in receiving my order. I notified the seller of my problem who responded promptly to my email offering to chase the matter up.     The lamp arrived damaged, but the seller responded very quickly and gave me a refund. It was packed very securely, came quickly, and the item was just as described. A very nice lampshade but sadly very fragile, which is more of a design defect than any fault of the seller.
