  Shipping was quick though packaging was beat up a tad. Unfortunately I received a defective item. I purchased brand new but understand things can be faulty from the factory.   Loa focos llegaron bien envueltos y protegidos. Son nuevos . Uno de los focos no me sirvió, le escribí al vendedor, que me respondió rápidamente. Me hizo recomendaciones para verificar bien si servía el foco. Entre una comunicación y otra, se me expiró el tiempo de devolución, y el vendedor me devolvió el 60% de mi compra. Para mí era mejor que me enviara un nuevo foco, pero me explicó que vienen en pares. Experiencia neutral.
