  My GPU arrived well packaged and honestly in much better condition than I was expecting. It looked brand new, as you can see in the photo. Unfortunately, I made an error in my research and the card ended up being too big for my case (100% my fault, nothing to do with the seller). They responded very quickly when I reached out and they accepted my return request no problem. 10/10 would buy from them again.

  Seller asked a fair price and shipped this quickly and securely. Unfortunately, it was faulty when it arrived. Seller gave a 100% refund when the return was given to them. Can't say anything about their products, but their customer service at least is not worthy of complaint.

  Printer arrived faster than expected. As stated, an open box. I removed the shipping tape placed by the manufacturer from the printer. Ink was still sealed in plastic bags. Basically a new printer. Installed today, works great. I recommend this seller. Everything was as promised.

  Arrived in what I would consider ahead of time delivery. Due to the very well thought out packing job by the seller, it managed to arrive completely un-damaged even though the US postal service tried their best to bend it in half. Exactly what I wanted, exactly what I ordered, and a very good price for it as well. Seller even went through the effort to clean off thermal paste before shipping. 10/10. 100% saving this seller.
