  One board worked fine. One board had several chips and/or heat sinks fallen off did not function. Seller did not respond to emails at ALL. I gave this seller a couple of weeks with email reminders every other day. Seller did not even answer. Something appears to be wrong with sellers business. Buyer be Aware.

  They did a great job of educating after I asked a question prior to service. As a result, I got the right hashboard and my miner is running at a higher hashrate AND more efficiently.

  Seller advertised this as a "NEW" hashboard. I paid new hashboard price, but received a repaired/refurbished board. I reached out to the seller via ebay and they failed to respond. You can clearly see that the glue has been heated an used for replacing failed chips. Plus their were nicks on the heatsink which to me happened when the card was removed from a previous S21. Buyer beware when dealing with Vortex Mining.

  So sorry for the error in our listing. This was our bad. We offered to swap out the board for you for free, but you declined since the board was fully functional.

  The boards were not new: they'd been flashed with LuxOS. LuxOS is a great custom firmware, but this change was not listed anywhere in the description. You could connect to the boards, but could not change any settings, or even uninstall the firmware from the website/GUI. I had to SSH into the boards and run the uninstall.sh script from the root directory to get them back to stock firmware to work. They are running fine now.
