  This hard-to-find 11x17 Pampered Chef baking pan looked to be brand new. Though it's called Stoneware it is delicate in nature. Consequently, it arrived in several pieces. The seller was notified generating a very timely response. He carried out an immediate refund in full. His response left no question about his concern and integrity. No second thoughts about keeping tabs with this seller for merchandise and his good business practices.
